Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Shot Drama (the "Service"), operated by thejoseonoracle ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Shot Drama is a tool for reviewing, scheduling and publishing original short-form video content to TikTok. The Service connects to TikTok through TikTok's official APIs (Login Kit and Content Posting API).

2. Your TikTok account

To use the Service you must sign in with TikTok and authorize the requested permissions. You may revoke this access at any time in your TikTok app settings (Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions). You remain responsible for all content posted to your account and for complying with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the videos, titles and captions you publish. You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you post through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and only process it to deliver it to TikTok at your direction.

4. Posting is under your control

Content is posted only after you choose the posting settings (such as privacy level and interaction settings) and confirm the post. Posting limits set by TikTok apply.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to post content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, spam, or that violates TikTok's policies, and not to interfere with or attempt to bypass any limits of the Service or of TikTok.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued at any time. We may update these Terms; the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including issues caused by third-party platforms such as TikTok.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
